April writes, "This is what summer meals are made of... Lettuce and baby spinach freshly snipped this morning and purchased at our local farmer's market, topped with marinated artichoke hearts, asparagus, a bit of cheddar, and a drizzle of balsamic and vinegar. Warm broccoli and cheddar quiche just out of the oven. Cheesecake topped with fresh fruit and lovingly made by the hands of a dear friend. Light, flavorful, and a harbinger of good things to come."
