Josh Brockman has lost over 70 pounds, but what his wife Amy says impresses her the most isn't the number. It's the discipline. The early mornings. The meal prep week after week, month after month. The strength training, endurance workouts, the miles the two have hiked, and the countless choices made every single day to become the healthiest he can be. Robert writes, "The day after visiting Ruby Beach, our plan was to head up to Hurricane Ridge inside Olympic National Park. The goal was to leave the hotel early enough in the morning, to get ahead of the sea fog/clouds that roll in off the ocean. This event tends to obscure most of the view of that mountain range.
Fortunately we were successful in beating the fog, and stopped along the way to pull over and take some photos. In the center of this photo you can see the fog starting to roll in off the ocean; it became a race to the top!" Comments | Permalink William Archer Lee welcomed home after 33 months

After 33 months, William Archer Lee is finally getting that chance. He is coming home. Comments | Permalink Older Photos
