Mr. Thomas Lewis Scott of Burkesville passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021, at the Cumberland County Hospital. He was 76 years old.
The funeral will be conducted at 4pmCT on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main St., Burkesville, KY, with Bro. Raymond Castillo & Bro. Gary Cash officiating. Burial will follow in the Dutch Creek Cemetery in Cumberland County.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 in the Memory Chapel of Norris New Funeral Home after 2pmCT until the funeral hour.
He was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky on Friday, February 2, 1945, the son of Allen Robert "A.R." and Mary (Morgan) Scott. He was of Christian faith, and a self employed farmer.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his eighteen siblings.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy (Jane) Radford Scott of Burkesville, Kentucky, whom he wed on Saturday, June 19, 1965, children, Lydia (& Mike) O'Banion of Ekron, Kentucky, Allen (& Chanda) Scott of Burkesville, Kentucky, Kenneth Scott of Illinois, Dustin (& Katie) Scott of Bowling Green, Kentucky, nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren.
