Ethel was born on January 1, 1968 in Berwyn, Illinois to Julia Faye Vibbert Clark. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clay Vibbert and Rosie Vibbert, her mother-in-law Genevieve Braddock, great nephew Gary Axl Dicken and a host of aunts and uncles.
