He was formerly employed with the Wynn Milling Company. He was a native of Green County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of his death in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY. He was the son of the late Cova Morgan & Cecilia Vanarsdale Morgan. His wife of 48 yeas, Carolyn Sue Simpson Morgan, survives. He leaves 10 direct living descendants.
