He was the son of the late James William & Margaret Walker Decker, and the widower of Ruth Marie Handley Decker. His final resting place will be in Russell County, KY, beside the church of where he was a member. Visitation after 9amCT, Monday. Interment will be in in the Bethlehem Cemetery, beside the church.
