Darlene Campbell (pictured here) and trainers Sam Avery, Jonathan Williams, Chad Snyder and Quentin Graves invite everyone to come by Columbia Martial Arts Center (C-MAC) during their open-til-nine evening, Friday, August 10, 2018 at 207 Greensburg Street beside the Columbia Baptist Church, across the street from Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Demonstrations of women's self defense will be offered Friday evening to give examples of training classes. Darlene's poster beside her says, "Walk like a dragon, sit like a tiger and flow like a river," and it symbolizes her philosophy of mind-body-spirit strengthening for safety, health and peace, focusing on the whole person with classes in Bagua, Tai Chi and much more.
