William "Bill" Fletcher age 78 of Burkesville, KY passed away on Tuesday, July 10th, 2018 at his home.

Funeral services will be Friday, July 13, 2018 at 3:30pmCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in the Christian Chapel Cemetery. Family requests visitation on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 3-9pmCT at the funeral home.



William "Bill" Fletcher, 78, Cumberland County, KY (1940-2018)

Bill was born on February 05, 1940 in Virginia to the late William Miles Fletcher and Rosalie Deel Fletcher. He was a member of Rock Springs Church of Christ and a retired employee of the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Highway Department in Cumberland County. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one daughter, Sandra Gail Loman, one son, Randal Lee McCoy, four brothers, Leonard Fletcher, Luther Fletcher, Claude Fletcher, and H.I. Fletcher, and one sister, Pauline Robbins

Survivors Include:
  • His Wife, Noxie Fletcher of Burkesville, KY

  • One Daughter, Rhonda McCoy of Burkesville, KY

  • One Son, Richard McCoy of Burkesville, KY

  • One Brother, Ellis Fletcher of Virginia

  • One Sister, Lou Cantrell of Michigan

  • Five Grandchildren: Tara Loman Miller, Richard Paul McCoy, Brandon Rose, Eric J. White, and Kimberly White Jordan

  • Twelve Great Grandchildren: Aiyanna, Cassandra, Andryanna, Caroline, Kiana, Logan, Marcus, Donte, Miles, Phillip, Sarah, and Matthew

  • Lifetime Friends, Cordell Fluty and James Daniels

  • And a host of other relatives and friends also survive.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to "WE CARE" and may be left at the funeral home. Send condolences to the family of Bill Fletcher.
