The ABC lists the Oscar Alvarez as the sole partner in Black Stallion Steakhouse 2 Inc., doing business as Black Stallion Steakhouse 2, Restaurant. Green River Medical Hodings, LLC, is listed as the leasor. The new license is under the jurisdiction of Adair County Fiscal Court's ABC Commission, headed by Adair County CJE Mike Stephens.
