Troy McWhorter officiating. Visitation will be 4:30pm-8pmCT, Friday, July 6, 2018, at Bernard Funeral Home, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, and after 8amCT, Saturday at the church. Interment will be in the Kean Cemetery in Jamestown, KY. Ernest Robert Bell, 74, Russell County, KY (1943-2018) He was born August 6, 1943 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Claude & Alta Simpson Bell. He died July 4, 2018, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 74 years, 10 months, and two days. Ernie was a was a plumber & electrician. He was a Veteran of US Army and a member of Solid Rock Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Patty Harvey Bell; son, Anthony Bell; brother, Bobby Bell; four sisters, Mary Lois Bell, Opal Foley, Marge Pickett, and Donna Bell.
