Beverly Frances Bryant 81, Bladen County, NC/Taylor County, KY (d. 10 Jun 2018)

She was a resident of Bladenboro, NC, at the time of her death and a former resident of Campbellsville, KY. She was a loving, devoted mother, grandmother and sister. She cherished her children and grandchildren. Beverly's passion was giving of herself and her time to others as she had volunteers for twenty eight years at Southeastern Regional Medical Center. She enjoyed shopping, especially for shoes, listening to classical and soft gospel music and caring for her canine babies: Bella and Susie. A sincerely sweet lady who will be missed. She was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lois Hester, and the widow of John Robert Bryant. She leaves 13 direct living descendants. Her final resting place will be in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY.

Beverly Frances Bryant, age 81 of Bladenboro, NC, formerly of Campbellsville, KY, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018.

The family will receive friends on 5pm-7pmCT/6pm-8pmET, Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Bladen-Gaskins Funeral Home,3131 Martin Luther King Drive, Elizabethtown, NC Funeral service will be held Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at 2pmCT/3pmET, at Northside Baptist Church, 898 Sunset Park Road, Bladenboro, NC, with Rev. Ricky Donaldson and Pastor Brandon Meadows officiating. Visitation in Campbellsville, KY, will be 11am-12pmNoonCT/12pmNoon-1pmET, Friday, June 15, 2018 at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old US 68, Campbellsville, KY, with burial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens at 12pmNoonCT/1pmET.




She was preceded in death by her parents: Thomas and Lois Hester; husband, John Robert Bryant; one sister, Myrtle Jolly and two grandchildren: Dawson Bryant and Hannah White.

She is survived by"
  • Three sons: Robert S. Bryant and wife, Becky and Tommy Bryant and wife, Pam of Bladenboro, NC; and Kevin Bryant and wife, Brien of Orrum, NC

  • Six grandchildren: Erin Bryant, Spencer Bryant and wife, Stephanie, Laura Welch, Josh Bryant and wife, Nikki, Daniel Bryant and Duke Bryant

  • Four great-grandchildren: Sadie Bryant, Emmy Bryant, Hendrix Bryant and Hunter White

  • One sister: Velma Hester Sanders of Morgantown, NC

  • Several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends
