Stephen W. Emerson, 54 Casey County, KY (1963-2018)

He was the son of Glen E. Emerson, who survives, and the late Loretta B. Emerson. He leaves one direct living descendant, a daughter, Loren Emerson. He was a native of Cincinnati , Ohio, and was a resident of that city at the time of his death. His final resting place will be in his ancestral home, Casey County, KY, at Whited Cemetery

Stephen W. Emerson, 54, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at his residence.

The funeral service will be held at 12pmNoonCT/1pmET on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Darrell Karnes and Pastor Amber Poore officiating. Burial will follow in Whited Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 9am-12pmNoonCT/10am-1pmET, on Saturday, May 26, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.



Stephen W. Emerson, Casey County, KY (1963-2018)

Born on October 10, 1963, in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio, he was a son of Glen E. "Gene" Emerson of Liberty, KY, and the late Loretta B. Wyatt Emerson. He died Tuesday, May 22, 2018, in Cincinnati,Hamilton County, Ohio, at the age of 54 years, seven months, and 12 days.

Stephen was a cabinet maker and a former member of the Masonic Lodge. He was an avid golfer.

In addition to his father, Stephen is survived by:
  • His daughter: Loren Emerson

  • A brother: Phillip (Terry) Emerson

  • A a niece, Nichole Emerson
