He was born February 12, 1934 in McKee, Jackson County, KY. He was the son of the late Carl and Virgie Sparks Isaacs. His wife, Gladna Isaacs survives. Billy Silverman officiating and music by Square Oak Singers. Visitation will be after 12noonCT Wednesday. Interment will be in the Russell Springs City Cemetery.
