Ember Faith Brockman, eight days, Campbellsville, KY

March 29, 2019 - April 6, 2018

Precious baby girl, the daughter of Whitney Floyd and Chase Brockman, was the twin sister of Bently Dakota Brockman and the sister of Nevaeh Grace Morgan Brockman, all of whom survive. Although born with numerous physical ailments, she continually fought hard and lived long enough to feel the love of a family, and expressed hers back with a beautiful smile.

Ms. Ember Faith Brockman, infant daughter of Whitney Floyd and Chase Brockman of Campbellsville, KY, left this earth to be with her Lord on Friday, April 6, 2018 at her home.

There will be a graveside funeral service to honor her life on Monday, April 9, 2018 at 12:30pmCT/1:30pmET, at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Bro. Neil Salvaterra will be officiating. Interment will immediately follow in the cemetery. The family will receive friends at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY, on Monday, April 9, from, from 10am-12pmNoonCT/11am-1pmET.



Although born with numerous physical ailments, she continually fought hard and lived long enough to feel the love of a family, and expressed hers back with a beautiful smile.

Besides her parents, she will always be cherished by:
  • A strong and healthy twin brother: Bentley Dakota Brockman

  • A sister: Nevaeh Grace Morgan Brockman

  • Her maternal grandparents: Tamara and Dan Tims, Jeannie and Tim Davis, Juanita Perkins, Maxine Davis, and Carolyn Sue Ennis Tims

  • Her paternal grandparents: Wendi and Bryan Akin, Scott and Elizabeth Brockman, Debra and Roger Sprowles, Randall and Lorena Brockamn, Elbert and Louise Shofner, and Goldie Sprowles

  • And a host of extended family
