Barbara Gayle Hagan Newman, 67 of Greensburg, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 27,2018, at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY.

There will be graveside services for Barbara Gayle Hagan Newman at 12:30pmCT/1:30pmET, Saturday, March 31, 2018, at the Macedonia Cemetery, 313 Macedonia Church Road, Greensburg, KY. Visitation is requested 10am-12pmNoonCT/11am-1pmET, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg.



Barbara Gayle Hagan Newman, 67, Green County, KY (1950-2018)


She was born July 13, 1950. She died Tuesday, March 27, 2018, in Elizabethtown, Hardin County, KY, at the age of 67 years, eight months, and 14 days.

She is survived by:
  • A son and daughter-in-law: Shawn and Misty Newman of Greensburg, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Natasha Gaskin and her husband, Preston of Columbia, KY; and Breanna Newman of Greensburg, KY

  • Two great-grandchildren: Tatum Bolden, and Oakley Green Gaskin both of Columbia, KY

  • Five sisters and brothers-in-law: Shirley & Ronnie Burton of Indiana; Connie & Fred Jones of Florida; and Kay & Larry Fields, Sandra & Robin Hundley, and Donna & Richard Cummings all of Indiana.

    Memorials are suggested to the Macedonia Cemetery, which can be made at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home.
