He was member of a large, respected family, the son of the late Vertis & Lizzie Coffey Antle, and the widower of Phyllis Mae Antle. He leaves 22 direct living descendants. He attended Bernard Ridge Church of God.

Bobby Lee Antle, 72, of Russell Springs, KY, died Friday, March 16, 2018 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, KY.

Funeral service for Bobby Lee Antle will be at 1pmCT, Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Lindsey Cornett and Bro. Roger Garner officiating. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Monday, March 19, 2018 and after 8amCT, Tuesday, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Bernard Cemetery. Pallbearers: Eric Dunbar, Craig Dunbar, Cody Greenwell Jacob Greenwell, Dustin Copley, Jordan Smith.

He was born April 26, 1945 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Vertis & Lizzie Coffey Antle. He died Friday, March 16, 2018, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 72 years, 10 months, and 20 days.

He attended Bernard Church of God.

In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Mae Antle; a daughter, Donna Smith; three brothers, Joe, Ernest, & Roy Antle; and a sister, Evalene Antle.

Survivors:
  • Four children: Melissa (Dean) Branscum, Eubank, KY; Barry (Bobbie) Antle, Jamestown, KY; Shanda (Nathan) Skaggs, Jamestown, KY; and Melinda (Glen) Greenwell, Summerville, SC

  • Twelve grandchildren

  • Six great grandchildren,

  • Two brothers: Arvil (Della) Antle, Louisville, KY; Allen (Donna) Antle, Russell Springs, KY

  • Three sisters: Maxine McClellan, Indiana; Mary (Eddie) Lee, Greenwood, IN; and Ida (Bobby) Holt, Jamestown, KY
