Ronald Clay Clark, of Liberty, KY, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was 73.

The funeral service will be held at 7:30pmCT/8:30pmET, on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home, 752 Campbellsville Street, Liberty, KY, with Bro. Don Clark officiating. Cremation rites will follow.

The family will receive friends 4pm-7:30pmCT/4pm-8:30pmET, on Thursday, February 8, 2018, at McKinney-Brown Funeral Home.



Ronald Clay Clark, Casey County, KY (1944-2018)


Born on October 5, 1944, in Casey County, KY, he was a son of the late Arnold Clay and Jessie B Tarter Clark. He died Saturday, February 3, 2018, in Liberty, Casey County, KY, at the age of 73 years, three months, and 29 days.

Ronald was a hardworking drywaller. He loved his family and friends greatly. Ronald was previously a resident of Canada.

Survivors include:
  • His loving daughter: Jessica (Robert) Clark of Canada

  • A grandson: Dylan Clark of Canada

  • The mother of their child: Virginia deSoto of Canada

  • Three sisters: Carol (Larry) Lane of Hustonville, KY; Glenda Prosser of Moreland, KY; and Linda Clark of Moreland, KY

  • Two brothers: Donald (Agatha) Clark of Liberty, KY; and Gerald (Deborah) Clark of Liberty, KY

  • Other survivors include several nieces and nephews
In addition to his parents, Ronald ws preceded in death by a sister, Louise Clark; and a brother, David Murrell Clark.
