Mrs. Brenda Gail Curry Tucker, 59, of Columbia, KY, formerly of Green County, KYdeparted this life on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the University of KY Hospital in Lexington, KY.

The funeral services for Mrs. Brenda Gail Curry Tucker will be conducted at 2pmCT/3pmET, Monday, February 5, 2018 at the Elkorn Baptist Church, 3145 Elkhorn Road, Campbellsville, KY with burial to follow in the Pierce Community Cemetery. Bro. Jeff Edwards will be officiating. Visitation is requested from 10am-10pmCT/11am-2pmET, Monday at the Elkorn Baptist Church in Campbellsville. The Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 S Main Street, Greensburg, KY, is in charge of the services.

Mrs. Brenda Gail Curry Tucker of Columbia, KY, was born on May, 18, 1958 in Normal, McLean County, IL and departed this life on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at the University of KY Hospital in Lexington, Fayette County, KY. She was 59 years, 8 months, and 14 days of age.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a homemaker.

Survivors include:
  • One daughter and a son-in-law: Christina and Joey Hicks of Campbellsville, KY

  • One son and a daughter-in-law: Daniel and April Tucker of Greensburg, KY

  • Her mother: Laveria Curry Brandenburg of Green County, KY

  • Two brothers and three sisters: Junior Brandenburg of Louisiana, Juanita McKinney, Rebecca Beams, Teresa Harlow, and Gary Dale Brandenburg, all of Greensburg, KY

  • Seven grandchildren: Madeline Hicks, Audrey Hicks, and Clarabeth Hicks, all of Campbellsville, KY; and Bralee Tucker, Kaitlyn Powers, Kieran Tucker and McKenzie Tucker, all of Greensburg, KY

  • A special friend: Lowell Walden

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
