She was a native of Faubush, KY, and was a resident of Russell Springs, KY, at the time of her death in Jamestown, KY. She was the daughter of the late Doretta Weddle, (Molen) & George Weddle and the widow of Kenneth Weddle. She was a homemaker and a member of Russell Springs First Baptist Church.

Ona Mae Flanagan, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Tuesday January 16, 2018 in Jamestown, KY

Funeral services will be at 12noonCT, Friday January 19, 2018 at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 391 East Steve Wariner Drive, Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Jeff Griffin & Bro. Ryan Coffey officiating. Visitation will be Friday January 19, 2018 10amCT until time for the service to begin.

Interment will be in the Mill Springs National Cemetery, HWY 80, Nancy, KY.

She was born on Sunday, September 26, 1920 in Faubush, KY. She was the daughter of the late Doretta Weddle, (Molen) & George Weddle. She died Tuesday, June 16, 2018, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age 97 years, 3 months, 22 days.

She was a homemaker and a member of Russell Springs First Baptist Church.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kermit Roe Flanagan, four brothers, Amos, Galen, Elwood and Virgil Weddle and five sisters, Mattie Halcomb, Winnie Imbodin, Creola Ard, Alma Roberts and Bannie Norfleet.
