Mr. Todd Anderson, Burkesville, KY (1969-2017)

He was a native of Cumberland County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of his death in Jefferson County, KY. He was the son of the late Kenny Davis & Virginia (Lewis) Riley, who survives, as does his fiancee, Alisha Cope, and many other close relatives in Kentucky and Tennessee, and his man's best friend, Magnum. He was of Christian faith and a self-employed carpenter and masonry worker

Mr. Todd Anderson, of Burkesville, KY, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 at the University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY, having attained the age of 48 years, 10 months, and 5 days.

The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at 2pmCT, in the Memory Chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, with burial in the Lewis Cemetery in Cumberland County, KY. The family will receive friends after 4pmCT, on Saturday, December 30, 2017 until the funeral hour on Sunday.

He was born in Glasgow, KY on Thursday, February 20, 1969. He was the son of Kenny Davis & Virginia (Lewis) Riley. He died Monday, December 25, 2017, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 48 years, 10 months and five days.

He was of Christian faith and a self-employed carpenter and masonry worker.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenny Davis; his brother, Mitchell Anderson; his sister, Melissa Anderson; and his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Evelyn Lewis.

He is survived by:
  • His mother & step-father: Virginia Riley and Bill Carr of Burkesville, KY

  • His fiancee: Alisha Cope of Burkesville, KY

  • His four siblings: Tammy (and Teddy) Martin of Byrdstown, TN; Mandy (and Randy) Likens of Burkesville, KY; Casey (and Ann) Anderson of Decherd, TN; and Tracey Davis of Bowling Green, KY

  • Father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lane & Ellen Cope of Burkesville, KY

  • Nieces and nephews: Tavia, James Amos, Gracie, Morgan, Zachary, Thomas, Christian, Evan, Tripton, Macey, Cole, Ella, Jack, Elizabeth, Thomas, Max, Kailey, Taylor

  • Great-niece: Raina

  • Great-nephew, Quinton

  • And man's best friend, Magnum
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Norris-New Funeral Home, P.O. Box 335, Burkesville, KY 42717, to help with Todd Anderson's final expenses. Norris-New Funeral Home is honored to be in charge of all the arrangements.
