Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY Graveside service will be Sunday, November 19, 2017 at 1:30pmCT, at Tarter's Chapel Cemetery, in the Portland Community of Adair County, KY, with Bro. Wayne Keith officiating. Burial will follow. At Nellie's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Grandchildren will serve as Casket Bearers.
