Nancy Bloyd Nolley, Taylor County, KY (1940-2017)

Nancy was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and worked at Nolley's Food Mart for ten years. She also worked at Reed's Candy Store and was a former cafeteria employee of Campbellsville Independent School System. She was a member of the Campbellsville Red Hatters "Hattitude" Club until her health declined. She was matriarch of a highly respected family. She was a native of Green County, KY, and a resident of Taylor County, KY, at the time of her death. She was the daughter of the late George Bloyd & Icy Elmore Bloyd. Her husband Charles Nolley, survives. She leaves eight direct living descendants.

Nancy Bloyd Nolley, 77, of Campbellsville, KY, died at 11:27amET, Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in Campbellsville.

Funeral service will be at 10amCT/11amET, Friday, November 3, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home, 418 Lebanon Avenue, Campbellsville, KY, by Dr. James E. Jones. Burial will be Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old U.S. 68, Campbellsville, KY. Visitation will be 4pm-7pmCT/5pm-8pmET, Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home.



Nancy Bloyd Nolley, Taylor County, KY (1940-2017)

Nancy Bloyd Nolley was the daughter of the late George Bloyd & Icy Elmore Bloyd. She was born January 4, 1940, in Green County, KY. She died Tuesday, October 31, 2017 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 77 years, nine months, and 27 days.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.

Nancy was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and worked at Nolley's Food Mart for ten years. She also worked at Reed's Candy Store and was a former cafeteria employee of Campbellsville Independent School System.

She was a member of the Campbellsville Red Hatters "Hattitude" Club until her health declined. She united in marriage to Charles Nolley February 12, 1960.

Besides her husband, Charles Nolley, she is survived by:
  • One son and one daughter: Vince Nolley and wife, Delena; and China Nolley and fiance', Steve "Buckwheat" Bryant, all of Campbellsville, KY

  • Five grandchildren: Crystal Miller and husband, Daniel, Kyle Tungate, Madalyn Nolley and Wyatt Nolley of Campbellsville, KY; and Savannah Nolley of Lexington, KY

  • One great-grandson, Zackary Miller of Campbellsville, KY

  • And many other relatives and friends
She loved her dogs and considered them a part of her family.
