In order to have a renowned marching band program like we have in Adair County, it requires the expertise and assistance of many dedicated adults to help each and every student achieve their own levels of success.

To accomplish this daunting task, we are truly fortunate to be led by educators who selflessly dedicate themselves to our band program. Our director, Tom Case, is a veteran educator who has the vision to see the ability in every student to contribute to the band and spends countless hours dedicated to assisting them find success, individually and within the group as a whole. His patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm for music education is a shining example for each student who is fortunate enough to find themselves in his classroom, whether that be in the bandroom or on the football field.

Likewise, our assistant director, Jordan Humphress, is an Adair Band alumni who believes in the ability of this program to change and positively impact a student's life. He should know, because that is exactly what it did for him! In his first year of teaching, Jordan Humphress has proven himself to be a valuable addition to the continued success and a glimpse of what the future will hold for the Adair County Band.

We are also fortunate to have an array of staff members who work with our students, whether it be on marching, music, flag or rifle work, or even adding visuals to the show. Their expertise is essential and is a key to our continued success. Staff members include Doug Neal, TJ Wheeler, Josh Mitchell, Mason Case, Hailey Hare, Natalie Goodin, Justin Clark, Jeremy Maytum, Sydney Bright, Alex Yaden, Nathan Bailey, and Shelby Hatcher.

Finally, it would be unfair not to mention our dedicated band boosters. These individuals help with fundraising efforts, meeting the needs of every student, building phenomenal props for the show, and support during practices and competitions. Without their dedication, the band would just not be the same. To say that the Adair County Band is blessed with a top notch booster organization is a blatant understatement!
