COLUMBIA, KY - Alexis Kessler is the Mid-South Conference Women's Swimmer of the Week, conference officials announced on Monday, October 21, 2017.

The sophomore from Lexington, KY, recorded three victories and one runner-up finish in the Blue Raiders 152-109 dual loss to Asbury (KY). She hit national A standards in all four of her events. Kessler won the 50 free, 100 free and was on the winning 200-yard freestyle relay team. She finished second in the 100 butterfly. She helped account for half of Lindsey Wilson's event victories on Saturday. Kessler earns her first swimmer of the week honor of her career.
