Curtis Reeder, 52, Jamestown, KY (1965-2017)

He was a native of Adair County, KY, and a resident of Russell County, KY, at the time of his death. He leaves two direct living descendants. He was a member of a respected Russell County, KY, family, with deep roots in Adair County as well. He was the son of the late Ruel Hall Reeder & Eliza (Andrew) Coe. He leaves two direct living descendants, son Adam Reeder and daughter Maggie Reeder, both of Russell Springs, KY.

Curtis Reeder 52, of Jamestown, KY passed away on Sunday October 1, 2017 from injuries sustained in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, in a vehicle accident.

A Celebration of Life Service for Curtis Reeder will be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Winfrey's Ferry, at 1pmCT, for family and friends. The H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel, 202 N Main Street, is in charge of arrangements. Curtis's family chose care and cremation.

Curtis Reeder was born in Columbia, Adair County, KY on March 13, 1965. He was a son of the late Ruel Hall Reeder & Eliza (Andrew) Coe. He died Sunday, October 1, 2017, in Jamestown, Russell County, KY, at the age of 52 years, six months, and 19 days.

He is survived by:
  • His son Adam Reeder: of Russell Springs, KY

  • Daughter: Maggie Reeder, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two brothers: Neal Reeder, of Jamestown, KY; andDarin Andrew, of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two sisters: Beverly Edmonds, of Russell Springs, KY, and Vickie Redmond, of Canton, Ohio

  • Nieces, nephews, and many friends
He was preceded in death by his parents.
