William Derrell "Willie D" Willoughby, Jr, 57, of Campbellsville, KY, departed this life on Sunday, October 1, 2017 in Evansville, IN at the Select Specialty Hospital.

At the request of "Willie D", cremation rites were conducted by L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY. There will be no public visitation or funeral service at this time.



William Derrell (Willie D) Willoughby, Jr, 57 Taylor County, KY (1960-2017)

He was the son of William Derrell Willoughby, Sr & the late Virginia "Jennie" Smothers Willoughby. He was born Sunday, May 8, 1960 in Scottsville, Allen County, KY. He died Sunday, October 1, 2017 in Evansville, Vanderburgh County, IN. He was 57 years, four months and 24 days of age.

He was of the Baptist Faith. He was a former employee for Batesville Casket Company, UPS and Fleetwood all in Campbellsville and loved University of Kentucky sports.

Besides his father, William Derrell Willoughby, Sr., he is survived by:
  • A sister: Tami Harmon and husband Kevin of Campbellsville, KY

  • A niece: Sarah Parsons, Campbellsville, KY

  • Two nephews: Lucan Parsons and Wyatt Parsons, Campbellsville, IN

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
At the request of "Willie D", cremation rites were conducted by L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.

There will be no public visitation or funeral service at this time.
