Wayne Keith officiating. Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Tuesday, September 19, 2017, and after 8amCT, Wednesday. Interment in the Russell Springs City Cemetery, Lakeway Drive, Russell Springs, KY. Mr. Smith was a Veteran of US Army, a real estate broker and a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.
