She was a native of Cumberland County, KY, the daughter of the late Elmore Rowe & Martha Susan Rowe. She leaves 19 direct living descendants. Burial in Grundy Chapel Cemetery, Burkesville, KY. Family requests visitation on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 12pmCT until service time at 2pmCT, at Living Word Assembly of God. Barbara N.
