Visitation will be 5pm-8pmCT, Wednesday, August 23, 2107, and after 8amCT, Thursday at the funeral home. Interment in the McBeath Cemetery, Russell Springs, KY. Mary along with her husband operated Skaggs Variety Store for many years. She attended Calvary Temple Church in Garlin, Adair County, KY. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Howard "Ed" Skaggs; a son, Keith Skaggs; one brother and five sisters. Survivors:
