Sharon Kimbler, 51, Adair County, KY (1966-2017)

Sharon was formerly employed at Betty's Restaurant and Westlake Regional Hospital and was of the Baptist faith. She was a member of a large, popular East Adair County, KY-centered family. She was the daughter of the late Joe Landon & Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson Kimbler. Her husband, Lanky Graves, survives, as well as seven siblings.

Sharon Kimbler, 51, of Columbia, KY, died Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 1:39pmCT at T.J. Samson Community Hospital Emergency Room in Glasgow, KY.

Funeral service will be Sunday, August 20, 2017 at 1pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Bro. Larry Graves officiating. Burial in Adair County, at the Freedom Cemetery by Freedom Separate Baptist Church, 576 Freedom Church Road, Russell Springs, KY.. Visitation after 10am, Sunday.



Sharon Kimbler, 51, Adair County, KY (1966-2017)

She was born May 25, 1966, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Joe Landon & Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson Kimbler. She died Thursday, August 17, 2017, in Glasgow, Barren County, KY, at the age of 51 years, two months, and 23 days. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son; Thomas Maholm and two siblings; Billy Kimbler and Joyce Conover.

Sharon was formerly employed at Betty's Restaurant and Westlake Regional Hospital and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include:
  • Her husband: Lanky Graves of Columbia, KY

  • Four brothers: Earl Kimbler of Columbia, KY; and Ricky (Cindy) Kimbler, Jeff (Teresa) Kimbler, and Donnie Kimbler all of Russell Springs

  • Three sisters: Linda York and Judy (Randy) Shanahan all of Russell Springs, KY; and Sheila (Marion) Murphy of Columbia

  • Several nieces, nephews and friends
