Charles Keith Clements of Dunnville, KY, passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at his home.

A graveside service will be held at 1pmCT/2pmET, on Monday, August 7, 2017, at Whited Cemetery in Casey County, KY, with Bro. Keith Nichols officiating.

Born on February 10, 1958, in Ottawa, LaSalle County, IL, he was a son of the late Charles G. "Johnny" & Opal May Pennington Clements. He died Saturday, August 5, 2017, in Dunnville, KY, at the age of 59 years, 5 monhts, and 16 days.

Keith was a former factory worker.

He is survived by:
  • Three aunts: Eugena Clements of LaSalle, IL; Iva Dean (and Glen) Helm of Liberty, KY; and Brenda (and Jay) Goode of Liberty, KY

  • Two uncles: W.C. (and Zada) Pennington of Liberty, KY; and Vernon (and Melodie) Pennington of Clarksville, IN

  • And several cousins
In addition to his parents, Keith is predeceased by a sister, Vicky Clements; two brothers, Mark Clements and Jeffrey Clements; two aunts, Kathryn Wethington and Louvina Hamm; and three uncles, Joe Pennington, Harold Clements and Hubert Clements.
