Ann Pearson: Gas is always higher in Columbia Personal Commentary Ann Pearson writes: Gas is always higher in Columbia than any of the surrounding cities and it's cheaper once you get to TN by at least .50 per gallon. I don't understand why gas is so high in Adair county. We always fill up while we are out of town to save on money.
