Jean Jones, 52, of Columbia, KY, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at 7:58amET, in Louisville, KY.

Funeral service, will be Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 1pmCT, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. K.F. Tuck delivering the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Jones Cemetery, 3069 Edmonton Road, Columbia, KY. Visitation will be after 6pmCT, Friday, June 9, 2017, at the funeral home.

Jean Jones, Adair County, KY (1964-2017)

She was born December 24, 1964, in Adair County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Elizabeth "Gib" Jones & Sherman Jones. She died Tuesday, June 6, 2017, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 52 years, five months, and 13 days.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth "Gib" Jones and her father, Sherman Jones. She was a member of New Grace Fellowship Baptist Church.

Survivors include:
  • One daughter: LaToya Jones of Louisville, KY

  • One son: Timothy Jones of Columbia, KY

  • Three grandchildren: Alivia, Travontae and Laekyn Jones

  • Three brothers: Roderick and Mark Curry both of Columbia, Charles Curry of Louisville. KY

  • One sister: Jada Jones of Bowling Green, KY

  • Special siblings - Jane Walkup, Leeta Willis, Yvonne, Keenon, Tony, Kathy & Vonda Bridgewater, and Rhonda Jones

  • Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
