Paul Dexter Beard, 71, Taylor Co., KY (1946-2017) He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Paul served his country honorably in the United States Army and in the Army Reserve for over 25 years. He was an electrician for 50 plus years having retired from Thermal Equipment and Sales. Paul was a member of the Taylor County Cattleman's Association, the American Legion and the Green River Bee Keepers. He was the son of the late Rev. Shiley Franklin Beard & Eva Jewell Sexton Beard. His wife of 49 years, Ann Allen Beard, survives. He leaves three direct living descendants. He was born January 12, 1946, in Taylor County, KY. He died at Monday, April 24, 2017 in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 71 years, three months, and 12 days. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Paul served his country honorably in the United States Army and in the Army Reserve for over twenty-five years. He was an electrician for fifty plus years having retired from Thermal Equipment and Sales. Paul was a member of the Taylor County Cattleman's Association, the American Legion and the Green River Bee Keepers. Paul united in marriage to Ann Allen February 17, 1968.
