She was born April 11, 1925 in Akron, Ohio. She died Friday, March 24, 2017, in Greensburg, Green County, KY, at the age of 91 years, 11 months, and 13 days.

She is survived by:
  • One son: Ed Haywood and wife Cyndi of Campbellsville, KY

  • One daughter: Emma Kotrlik of Stongsville, Ohio

  • Several grandchildren

  • Great grandchildren
Mrs. Haywood was a nanny for many years.
