Dale Shebley, age 29, of Louisville, KY, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 at the Baptist East Hospital in Louisville, KY.

The family chose cremation. There will be no visitation or service at this time. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.

He is survived by:
  • His mother: Karrol Caldwell, Louisville, KY

  • One brother: D.J. Smith, Louisville, KY

  • His grandmother Sue Huff of Greensburg, KY
