Kenneth Vibbert, 66, Cumberland Co., KY (1950-2017)

He was a self employed mechanic and a former truck driver for CTT Trucking. He was a native of Cumberland County, KY, and a resident of the county at the time of his death in Clark County, IN. He was the son of Clay & Rosie (Glass) Vibbert and the widower of Rebecca Beach Vibbert. He leaves 15 direct living descendants.

Kenneth Vibbert age 66 of Burkesville, KY passed away on February 15, 2017 at his daughter's residence in Jeffersonville, IN. There will be a funeral service on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 3pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral on Friday from 10am-3pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home

There will also be a funeral service held at 1:30pmCT/2:30pmET, on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Scott Funeral Home, 2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN, with burial to follow in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the funeral on Saturday 8am-1:30pm/9am-2:30pmET, at Scott Funeral Home in Jeffersonville, IN.



Kenneth Vibbert, 66, Cumberland Co., KY (1950-2017)

Kenneth was born on April 01, 1950 in Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of the late Clay & Rosie (Glass) Vibbert. He died February 15, 2017, in Jeffersonville, Clark County, IN, at the age of 66 years, 10 months, and 11 days.

He was a self employed mechanic and a former truck driver for CTT Trucking.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Beach, one infant son Kevin Edward Vibbert; and nine siblings, Mildred Harvey, Marvin "Toad" Vibbert, Arlie "Mitch" Vibbert, Avery Ford "Banie" Vibbert, Cleophas Arms, Marshall "Goat" Vibbert, Jessie Lee "Tuke" Vibbert, Danny Elmer "Jed" Vibbert, and Hershell Clay "Biddy" Vibbert.

Survivors include:
  • One son: Kory Vibbert of Sellersburg, IN

  • Four daughters: Bethany Vibbert Crawford and Rhonda Vibbert both of Jeffersonville, IN; Heidi Casey of Charlestown, IN and Amy Bean of Otisco, IN

  • One sister: Julia Clark of Burkesville, KY

  • Ten grandchildren: Donovan Crawford, Tyler Paxton, Gavin Paxton, Kory Lee Vibbert, Parker Vibbert, Justin Kinberger, Jenna Kinberger, Hunter Casey, Catherine Casey and Holley Casey

  • And a host of other relatives and friends
