Tristan Grant Pyles of Louisville, KY, was the son of David Pyles and Elisa Carter Pyles, who survive. He was born February 5, 1989, in Taylor County, KY. He died February 9, 2017 in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 28 years, four days.

Besides his parents, David Pyles of Raywick, KY; and Elisa Pyles of Lexington, KY, he is survived by:
  • His stepmother: Lisa Pyles of Shelbyville, KY

  • One sister; Lacee Pyles of Louisville, KY

  • His grandfather: Preston Pyles of Campbellsville, KY

  • One aunt and two uncles: Teresa Tedder of Springfield, KY; David Carter and wife, Gina of Lebanon, KY; and Dean Pyles of Louisville, KY

  • Several cousins and many other relatives and friends
He was also preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Betty Pyles and his maternal grandparents, Gene and Margaret Carter.
