Adair CJE's office releases statement on Judge Stephens' surgery He's in phone contact frequently, will undergo routine surgery Thursday, Jan 26, 2017, office reports. He and family send thanks for concern and prayers. Judge Stephens expects to be back in his office soon. By Gale Cowan News from the office of Adair CJE Mike Stephens Adair County Judge-Executive Michael Lee Stephens would like to let the community know that county business will be conducted as usual as he undergoes routine surgery Thursday morning (26 Jan 2017 - CM) at Norton Brownsboro hospital. Judge Stephens is in frequent contact with his staff via phone and expects a quick and full recovery and to return to the office soon.
