Harold G. Roy, 76, of Russell Springs, KY, died Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at the Somerwoods Nursing & Rehab in Somerset, KY.

Private funeral service for Harold G. Roy will be 3pmCT, Saturday, January 21, 2017 at the Bernard Funeral Home chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Larold Gosser officiating. Private visitation will be after 2pmCT, Saturday. Interment in the Pine Grove Cemetery. Visitation and funeral service will both be private. Pallbearers: Trent Roy, Ben Roy, Gary Dalton, Jr. Blakey, Neal Dalton, and Nick Shearer.

Harold G. Roy, 76, Russell Springs, KY (1941-2017)

He was born January 3, 1941 in Russell County, KY. He was the son of the late Omer & Edna Gosser Roy. He died Wednesday, January 18, 2017, in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY, at the age of 76 years, 15 days.

He was a retired school teacher and a member of Pine Grove United Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Omer Donald Roy.
