Roger Lane Ward, age 52, formerly of Green County, KY, passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 in New Hampshire.

Funeral services for Roger Lane Ward will be conducted 11amCT, Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY. Rev. Shannon McCubbins and Rev. Danny Nelson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Green County Memory Gardens in Summersville, KY. Visitation for Roger Lane Ward will be from 5pm until 8pmCT, Monday and after 7amCT, Tuesday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home. Greensburg.


Pallbearers: Mike Ward, Brady Ward, Brian Jones, Ryan Williams, and Rev. Shannon McCubbins, and Dean Warren.

Roger Lane Ward, 52, Green County, KY (1964-2016)

Roger Lane Ward was born July 7, 1964 in Taylor County, KY. He was the son of Joyce Williams Ward of Green County, KY, and the late Henry Lee Ward. He passed away Tuesday, December 20, 2016 in New Hampshire, having attained the age of 54 years, five months and 13 days.

Roger had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. He was a graduate of the University of Kentucky. He was an Environmental Engineer. He loved Karate.

He is survived by:
  • His mother: Joyce Ward of the Summersville Community, Green County, KY

  • Two sons: Logan and Cody Ward of Evansville, IN

  • One brother: Mike Ward of Bradenton, FL
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Gideons International for Bibles. These can be made at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home.
