Debbie Bowles Walker age 57 of Sulphur Well, KY, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Hosparus Care Center in Louisville, KY.

Funeral services will be held 1pmCT, Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Butler Funeral Home, 201 East Street, Edmonton, KYm with burial in the Smith Cemetery at Sulphur Well. Visitation will be from 5pmCT until 8pmCT, Friday, December 9, 2016, and after 9amCT, Saturday at the funeral home.



Debbie Bowles Walker, 57, Sulphur Well, KY (1959-2016)


She was the daughter of the late Delbert and Alice Steele Bowles. She was born August 4, 1959. She died Monday, December 5, 2016, in Louisville, Jefferson County, KY, at the age of 57 years, four months, and one day.

Debbie was a beautician, professed faith in Christ at an early age and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church at Greensburg, KY.

She is survived by her husband Gusty "Skip" Walker of Suphur Well, KY, and the following:
  • Two daughters: Shayla (Chad) Vaughn of Campbellsville, KY; and Chanda (Travis) Peal of Troy, TN

  • Two step sons: Mike (Kara) Walker of Glasgow, KY; and Jimmy (Heather) Walker of Center, KY

  • Three brothers: Ron (Billie) Bowles of Glasgow, KY; Joseph D. (Linda) Bowles, of St. Louis, MO; and Jimmy (Berecia) Bowles of Louisville, KY

  • Three grandchildrenL Ben Vaughn, Lily Vaughn and Carter Peal

  • Four step grandchildren: Hayley, Kylie, Emma and Addy Grace Walker
