Priscilla Jones, 47, Russell Co., KY (1969-2016)

She was a secretary at Galilean Home Ministries. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Wayne Grider and Annas Olene Shepherd Grider, who survives. Her husband, Scott Jones, survives. She leaves five direct living descendants. Five sisters survive, three in Columbia, KY, one in Russell Springs, KY, and one in Campbellsville, KY.

Priscilla Jones, 47, Russell Springs, KY, died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at her home.

Funeral service for Priscilla Jones will be 1pmCT, Monday, November 21, 2016 at the Bernard Funeral Home Chapel, 367 N Main Street, Russell Springs, KY, with Bro. Richard Lehman and Bro. John Bennett officiating. Visitation will be after 5pmCT, Sunday. Interment will be in in the Jones Family Cemetery. Special music will be rendered by Crystal York.



Active Pallbearers: Glenn Stearns, Michael Stearns, Troy Denton Jared Denton, Jared Lee, and Merv Martin. Honorary Pallbearers: Kyle Stephens, and Fredy Caballero.

She was born September 18, 1969 in Somerset, Pulaski County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Wayne Grider and Annas Olene Shepherd Grider who survives. She died Tuesday, November 15, 2016, in Russell Springs, Russell County, KY, at the age of 47 years, one month, and 28 days.

She was a secretary at Galilean Home Ministries.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Joe Grider.

Survivors include her husband: Scott Jones, Russell Springs, KY, and the following:
  • Three children: Jeremy Scott (Kelli) Jones, Trina Renee Jones, and Tabatha Elain Jones, all of Russell Springs, KY

  • Two grandchildren: Brody Scott Jones, and Rudy Kyle Jones

  • Her mother: Olene Grider, Russell Springs, KY

  • Five sisters: Lisa Burton, Columbia, KY; Jo Ann (Gary) Smith, Columbia, KY; Doris Brockman, Russell Springs, KY; Teresa Grider, Campbellsville, KY; and Samantha, Grider, Columbia, KY.
