Mr. William C. Riddle, 69, of Burkesville, KY, formerly of Albany, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at the Cumberland County Hospital in Burkesville, KY,

Funeral Services will be conducted in chapel of Norris-New Funeral Home, 601 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY, at 1pmCT, on Thursday, October 27, 2016 Keith McKim officiating. The family will receive friends after 11amCT on Thursday, October 27, 2016 until the funeral hour. Burial will be in The Peolia Cemetery in Clinton County, KY. Casket Bearers will be, Ricky Baker, Jimmy Sidwell, Michael Arms, Larry Flowers, Billy Sidwell and Jerry Sidwell.



William C. Riddle, Cumberland Co., KY (1946-2016)


He was born on Tuesday, November 26, 1946, in Wayne County, KY. He wa the son of Roscoe and Lara Brown Riddle. He died Tuesday, October 25, 2016, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, of the age of 69 years, 10 months, and 29 days.

He was of Baptist Faith and lifelong farmer.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his his wife, Peggy Sidwell Riddle; his daughter, Angel Olene Riddle; his brothers, Raymond Riddle, James Riddle, Dank Riddle; his sisters, Lilly Kennedy, Rosie Daniels and Francis Bowlin.

He is survived by the following:
    His daughters and sons-in-law: Lois and Bubby Baker of Burkesville, KY; Lisa and Terry Vibbert of Burkesville, KY
  • His brother: Robert Riddle of London, KY

  • His sister: Wanda Fulton of Byrdstown, TN

  • His grandchildren: Ricky and Morgan Baker, Heather Vibbert, Brittany Vibbert and Gavin Vibbert

  • His great-grandchildren: Zoey Baker and Kameri Baker
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions to help with final expenses. Contributions may be left at the funeral home or mailed to: Norris-New Funeral Home, P.O. Box 335, Burkesville, KY 42717.
