Kevin Lee Riddle, 39, Cumberland Co., KY (1977-2016)

He was an salesman for Carl Black Chevrolet in Nashville, and was a member of Burkesville Baptist Church. Kevin loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and had a great love for music. He played bass for the band Dusty Jane. Kevin battled diabetes and kidney disease for many years and had been on the kidney transplant waitlist since March. He was the son of Robert & Betty Daniels Riddle, who survive, as does his fiance', Vicki Weatherford. He leaves two direct and one step living descendants.

Kevin Lee Riddle age 39 of Rockvale, TN formerly of Burkesville, KY passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Cumberland County Hospital, Burkesville, KY.

Funeral service will be Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 2pmCT, at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Burkesville Cemetery. The family requests visitation 3pm-9pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home.

Kevin was born on March 06, 1977 in Cumberland County, KY. He was the son of Robert and Betty Daniels Riddle. He died Sunday, October 16, 2016, in Burkesville, Cumberland County, KY, at the age of 39 years, seven months, and 10 days.

He was an salesman for Carl Black Chevrolet in Nashville, and was a member of Burkesville Baptist Church. Kevin loved riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and had a great love for music. He played bass for the band Dusty Jane. Kevin battled diabetes and kidney disease for many years and had been on the kidney transplant waitlist since March.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Bob and Inis Johnson Daniels, and his paternal grandparents, Porter and Trannie Graham Riddle.

Survivors include:
  • His parents: Robert and Betty Riddle both of Burkesville, KY

  • His fiance': Vicki Weatherford of Rockvale, TN

  • Two daughters: Kaylee Elizabeth Riddle and Martina Layne Riddle both of Celina TN

  • One stepson: Steven Weatherford of Rockvale, TN

  • Two brothers: Thomas Riddle of Richmond, KY and Stephen Riddle and his wife Nancy Pierce Riddle of Burkesville, KY

  • Two sisters: Linda Shannon and her husband Ralph of Greenfield, IN, and Joyce Willen and her husband Michael of Burkesville, KY

  • Eight nieces and nephews- Brad Riddle, Brandi Spas, Morgan Riddle, Ryan Riddle, Jason Shannon, Nathan Shannon, Chad Willen, Chase Willen

  • and a host of other relatives and friends
