Earl (Jack) L. Madden, 79, Shepherdsville, KY (1936-2016)

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Belmar Baptist Church. He was a welder at United Industries for 22 years.

Mr. Earl "Jack" Madden of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, October 3, 2016 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville. He was 79 years old.

Visitation for family was at 3pmCT, and for the public from 4pmCT until 8pmCT on Friday and after 7amCT on Saturday at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home, 206 South Main St., Greensburg, Kentucky.

The funeral service was at 1pmCT/2pmET, on Saturday, October 08, 2016, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens, 700 Old U.S. 68, Campbellsville, KY.

He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Belmar Baptist Church. He was a welder at United Industries for 22 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie Hinton Madden on August 20, 2008 having united in marriage on May 29, 1964. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister: James Madden, Charles Toddy Madden, and Frances Madden.

He is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law; aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

Memorials are suggested to the Pancreatic Cancer Research Foundation.
