She was a member of the Green County High School FFA, Green County 4-H Mighty Mustangs, on the Green County Track and Field Team, and currently on the Lindsey Wilson Track and Field Team.

Brittany Nicole Taylor, age 18 of Green County, KY, departed this life Monday, September 19, 2016 in Taylor County, KY, from injuries that she received in an automobile accident.

Funeral services for Brittany Nicole Taylor will be conducted 11amCT, Friday, September 23, 2016 at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home, 209 W Court Street, Greensburg, KY, with Bro. Keith Fields and Bro. Leslie Jewell officiating. Burial will follow in the Green County Memory Gardens in Summersville. Visitation will be from 3pm until 8pmCT, Thursday, September 22, 2016, and after 7amCT, Friday at Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home.



Pallbearers: Jacob Caldwell, John Hewitt, Daniel Meadows, Dan Knoy, Logan Westmoreland, Luke Westmoreland, Cody Shirley, and Hunter Young

Honorary pallbearers: Green County High School Class of 2016, Green County High School Throwers, Green County FFA and Lindsey Wilson Throwers.

Brittany Nicole Taylor, age 18 of Green County, KY, was born April 16, 1998 in Taylor County, KY. She was the daughter of the late Marion and Janice Meadows Taylor. She departed this life Monday, September 19, 2016 in Taylor County, KY having attained the age of eighteen years, five months and three days.

She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Summersville Baptist Church. She was a 2016 Graduate of Green County High School and presently a Freshman at Lindsey Wilson College. She was a member of the Green County High School FFA, Green County 4-H Mighty Mustangs, on the Green County Track and Field Team, and currently on the Lindsey Wilson Track and Field Team. She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Betty Lou Taylor, Vernice Taylor and Danny Meadows.

She is survived by the following:
  • Her parents: Marion and Janice Meadows Taylor

  • Two sisters and one brother-in-law: Sarah and Zach Thompson and Faith Taylor all of Green County, KY

  • Grandparents: Rachel Meadows of Summersville, KY; and Marshall Taylor of Campbellsville, KY

  • And her boyfriend: John Hewitt of Taylor County, KY

  • Plus a host of other relatives and friends
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be made to Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg for the funeral expenses.
