He was born on July 12, 1992 in Columbia, Adair County, KY. He died September 6, 2016 at the age of 24 years and nine days.

He was a sawmill worker.

He is survived by:
  • His mother: Loretta Thruman Scott, Carrollton, KY

  • His father: Kenneth Wayne Scott, Russell Springs, KY

  • His son: Jaxon Brown, Montgomery, Ky

  • Two brothers: John Fields, Columbia, KY; and Kenneth Brown, Russell Springs, KY
