Terry Sullivan, age 68, of Jamestown, KY, passed away, Tuesday August 09, 2016 at his residence.

Funeral services will be at 1pmCT, Saturday August 13, 2016 at Russell Springs First United Methodist Church, 206 Jamestown Street, Russell Springs, KY with Bro. Jim Kingry officiating. Interment will be in the Phelps Cemetery, Highway 92, Russell Springs, KY. Visitation will be 10am-1pmCT, Saturday August 13, 2016 at Russell Springs First United Methodist Church.



Terry Sullivan, Russell Co., KY/Adair native (1948-2016)

He was born on Sunday January 18, 1948 in Columbia, Adair County, KY. He was the son of the late Clifton and Alma Alley Sullivan. He died Tuesday, August 9, 2016, in Jamestown, Russell Springs, KY, at the age of 68 years, six months, and 23 days.

He was a retired supervisor of the Water Treatment Plant in Jamestown, KY; a retired Minister and a firefighter with Russell Springs Volunteer Fire Department. He was also an avid Chess player.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Burton Sullivan, Jamestown, KY and the following:
  • Two daughters: Jesse Hopper (Matt), Russell Springs, KY; and Carrie Janes (Steve), Jamestown, KY

  • Four step children: Marty, Mike and Scott Smith and Mesti Harrell

  • One brother: Gary Sullivan (Elenore), Russell Springs, KY

  • A host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren
