Wanetta Muncie, age 79, of Campbellsville, KY, died Monday, July 18, 2016 at Campbellsville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 9amCT/10amET, Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E Main Street, Campbellsville, KY, with Bro. Evan Tedder officiating. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, W Main Street, Campbellsville, KY. Serving as casket bearers are Jimmie Richardson, Byron Richardson, Wayne Sexton, Dave Regal, Todd Ford and Jeffrey Wayne Muncie. The family requested visitation 5pm-8pmCT, Wednesday, July 20, 2016, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.



Wanetta Muncie, 79, Taylor Co./Barren native, KY (1936-2016)

She was born November 14, 1936 in Barren County, KY. She was the daughter of the late James and Gladys Hagan Shirley. She died Monday, July 18, 2016, in Campbellsville, Taylor County, KY, at the age of 79 years, eight months, and four days.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a son, David Ronald Muncie.

Wanetta was a retired nurse and a member of First Church of God.

She is survived by:
  • A son: Joseph M. Robinson, of Campbellsville, KY

  • Two grandchildren, Joni Reynolds of Campbellsville and Wesley Robinson of Alabama

  • Three great-grandchildren: Brentley Reynolds, Zoey Reynolds and Hadley Robinson

  • And a host of relatives and friends
